Happy Easter

Yesterday we went to Nana and Papa's house for Easter.
It was good to see the family and just hang out a little

Earlier that day after church Brian and I went over his parent's house.
The Easter bunny had come and we had baskets to find.
Brian found his first...
The "Easter Bunny" was having lots of fun
There she goes hopping around
Me, looking for my basket
Ahh tricky... but I found it

St Patty's Day

Last weekend we pulled out all our St Patty's Day shirts and headed off to the parade again. The weather wasn't perfect, but it was much warmer than last year. We had great front row seats and got lots of beads. Brian couldn't come, he was in Nebraska for hockey regionals. I flew up later on Saturday night to surprise him, but they lost on Sunday. The season is over, however Spring hockey started this week.
Chase was so excited for the parade
The had a lawn chair band
"Aunt Jeni, look..."

More Snow Days

Well last weekend started off with some nice warm weather, it was about 70. Then it rained Monday which then froze and Tuesday we got 7inches of snow, only to see the sun on Wednesday and have most of it melt. St Louis weather is definitely crazy, but the snow did cause me to have another snow day and Brian was off too so we got to hang out. It was a perfect day for me to get lots of planning and grading done.
The moose says about 6 to 7 inches... good thing we didn't put him away yet
Here is our cul-de-sac from the front door... everything is white

Our neighbor Tim was so excited to finally get to use his snow blower
Later on we went sled riding in our backyard. Our entire cul-de-sac same out to play. The kids were playing and one of the mom's was throwing snow balls at her five year old son. We all had a good time.
